OpenDot is pleased to invite you to an event designed to discover and learn from bottom-up innovation sparked by real community needs, with a special focus on the role of food education in shaping healthier, more sustainable urban futures. An opportunity to be inspired by European case studies and to co-create bold ideas for a just, inclusive, and educated food future, also through a dunamic, hands-on experience.

6:00 pm | Interactive and hands-on sessions (upon registration) Session A - CIFOS Game (max 8 participants) A participatory and gamified tool for researchers and policymakers to engage stakeholders in redesigning food systems for both human and planetary health. Target: Policy makers, researchers, private companies, NGOs, etc. (people already involved in the sector) Session B - Social Challenge with generative AI (max 20 participants) A dynamic, hands-on experience to co-create bold ideas for a just, inclusive, and educated food future. Groups will present their solution based on the pain-claim-gain design analysis (small reward included!). |
