The visit to the Sammartini Kitchen Center of Milano Ristorazione offers an inside look at one of Milan’s largest food production hubs.
Located in the former municipal fish market, the facility prepares about 15,000 meals every day for schools and public services.
The tour will show the full process, from cooking to packaging, with dishes such as plant-based lasagna with soy ragù and legumes croquettes.
The visit will conclude with a light breakfast and an opportunity to discuss the center’s organization and operations.
