This field visit to Food Aid Hub Centro (IBVA - Hub Solidando) offers an inside look at one of Milan's food aid hubs and social market managed by the non-profit organisation IBVA, part of the larger network of the Food Aid Hubs System.
The visit showcases the Solidando Model, the Hub's logistics and operations, the inclusive social bakery Panificando, and initiatives connecting local producers and communities.
It ends with a networking aperitif featuring local, seasonal products, highlighting solidarity-driven innovation and Milan's food culture.
